BCTC hosted the Local Advisory, Perkins Stakeholder, and ESSER Stakeholder Meetings today. Pictured Mr. O'Dellick speaking about BCTC WORKS and tying interventions to instruction in front of the Local Advisory Committee. Thanks to those that attended and working to improve BCTC. Special thanks to Mrs Sheeder and her culinary students for the breakfast, including them arriving at 5:30am to prepare

Dear Parent/Guardian,
Your child should have received the attached letter and survey in school today. Please kindly complete the brief one-page survey and have your child return it to the school by Friday, December 15.
You can save the school thousands of dollars in internet and technology costs simply by completing the survey. The savings will be used to support other educational priorities in your child's program here at BCTC. The savings will directly benefit you as a taxpayer and your child as a student.
Thank you in advance for your time and cooperation!
Mike O'Dellick,
Administrative Director

The SkillsUSA officers from session 2 present all of gifts collected from all three sessions for Toys for Tots to our local Toys for Tots representatives. BCTC collected 110+ toys, with more coming in session 3 today. Thanks to all the students that made the event a success.

Looking to give on Giving Tuesday? The BCTC SkillsUSA embraced Toys for Tots, but there is still time to give through Friday. Looking to overflow the box a little more! Send your new unwrapped toys before Friday.

As the Christmas lights open at the fairgrounds, look for those crazy turkeys. Like the Chic-fil-a cow these guys are encouraging a different type of meat on the Christmas table! Thanks to Mr Sellers and the carpentry students on their light display.

Mr Steve Sellers and all of his carpentry students were transported and recognized today with a ribbon cutting of the gingerbread houses at the Omni Bedford Springs. Mr Sellers and his students created the structures for the display and the Pastry Chef Harshel Naik and his staff baked and decorated the structures. Welding students also had a hand in the mix creating a cutting die for the gingerbread bricks. Pictured are Mr Sellers and Harshel Naik. More photos to come. Congratulations on such an awesome display by everyone involved.
